Amala Paul's Career – From 2009 to present
Amala Paul is a famous
leading south Indian actress whose career is at prosperity now. She has acted in
almost all south Indian languages. She started of her career in modeling and
later on she appeared in some low budget movies and she got a big break from
the movie Mynaa and from then she has been a successful actress.
Career
She was doing modeling in her
college days. She was studying BA Communicative English in St Teresa’s college
and she was noted by director lal Jose and was given an opportunity in the
movie Neelathamara and the movie was a failure in box office after that she
acted in a Tamil movie in Veerasekaran (2010) and that too was a failure.
Dejected by the audience she even thought of giving up her film career. After a
while she id the controversial part in the movie Samaveli (2010) in this movie
she played the role of a women who has a wrong relationship with her father in
law. This role acted by her has caused frown in lots of people she even
received threatening calls and she was even assaulted in public. Although this
movie was a failure she got noticed and she got the biggest break of her career
in the movie Mynaa (2010) directed by prabhu Solomon. Even though critics said
that the movie has a disgusting and foolish plot she was recognized well. Even
the critics said that she is outstanding and she was even praised by great
actors like kamal hassan and Rajnikanth. It is due to her performance leading
distributors in Tamil movie industry Udhayanidhi Stalin and kalapathi S Aghoram purchased the rights of the movie.
After that there was no stopping her she has acted with almost all the
leading young actors in South Indian film industry. She even acted in a
Malayalam movie Oru Indian Pranayakadha which became a huge success. She has
also lots of movies which are in the pipe line.
